Margie was truly a gift in helping us purchase our new home. She new exactly what
we were looking for and went above and beyond to help us find our beautiful home.
She helped us through the whole process as it was very new to us. She was very
knowledgeable about the area and was always there for us for any questions we

We had an absolutely wonderful time working with Margie! She helped us out so
much as we did know what we were doing. She counseled us on all things, helping
us to pay attention to what we needed to and to understand the home buying
process. Her knowledge amd expertise was phenomenal. I would recommend her

Margie worked with us for 2 years while we worked on our portfolio to qualify. Every
time I called or texted Margie she responded with helpful information. She never
turned her back even though she knew this sell would take some time. She ended up
selling us a beautiful house we never in a million years though would be ours.

Working with Margie was a breath of fresh air. I am a first time home buyer, and she

Margie Jones is the best realtor I have ever worked with! I live out of state and
needed to sale my rental home in Kingsland. Margie was my eyes and ears at the
home. She found reliable workers to make repairs, up date and landscape my home.
She helped me make smart decisions that saved me money and kept me updated
on everything. Margie is a 5 out of 5 star realtor and I would recommend her to
